Launch of the REDS International Report Save the date

You are cordially invited to join UNESCO and IEA to hear the first findings from the Responses to Educational Disruption Survey (REDS) International Report, a joint study on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on secondary education.

What Can We Learn From REDS?

  • How has the COVID-19 pandemic impacted teaching and learning?
  • How were students and teachers supported through the pandemic?
  • How did the pandemic affect the well-being of students and teachers?
  • How are schools reopening and systems transitioning towards the future of education?
  • What students are most at risk during and as a result of school closure?

Education Resilience and Transformation | Evidence for Recovery: the release of the open access REDS International Report is planned in connection with the United Nations’ International Day of Education, on 24 January 2022, at 13:30 Central European Time (CET). Please go to the UNESCO website for more information on the session [link out to the event page]. More information and how to register for the session will be provided shortly.

In the meantime, do not forget to mark your calendars and save 24 January 2022.
