Through this roundtable, the KIX Africa 21 cluster wishes to offer you a space to share experiences on the conditions of entry into the teaching profession at the elementary/primary and lower secondary levels. It will also be an opportunity to exchange on the country's mechanisms for the professional insertion or the accompaniment of newly qualified teachers, or even those entering the profession in general.
